How long does delivery take?

We deliver across Egypt with Bosta. Orders usually arrive within 1–6 working days, depending on your governorate.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. You can pay by card, Meeza, mobile wallet or cash on delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a Bosta tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.

How do returns work?

You can return a piece within 14 days if it's unused and in its original packing. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange the pickup.

Is the piece exactly like the photo?

Every piece is handmade, so small variations in texture, tone and form are natural. They're the signature of real craftsmanship, not flaws.
